CAICHAT.AI is a platform for stories with AI characters. People chat with characters, create their own, build worlds and lore for them and add mods. There is a lot to explore, and we want it to be easy to figure out — including through video.
We are looking for a video editor who can dig into a new feature on their own, come up with a way to show it and deliver a finished video.
🎬 What you will do
- Video tutorials on site features: how to create a character, add lore, install a mod. Screen recording, voice-over or subtitles, editing.
- Video presentations of the project and new features — for social media, our channels and partners.
- Short cuts for Shorts, Reels and Telegram.
- Updating videos when the site interface changes.
✅ What matters to us
- A portfolio of videos that explain things: tutorials, reviews, presentations, online courses.
- Confident editing in any software — Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, CapCut. We care about the result, not the tool.
- Ability to write a short script and explain complex things in simple words.
- Clean screen and audio recording, neat titles and subtitles.
- Independence: from idea to finished video without step-by-step supervision.
✨ Nice to have
- Motion design and UI animation.
- Doing voice-overs yourself.
- Experience with AI tools for video, voice and images.
- Other languages — CAICHAT is available in English, Russian, German, Portuguese and Ukrainian.
🤝 Terms
- Remote work.
- Workload and compensation are discussed at the interview and depend on your experience and the scope of work.
🎯 Test task
Make a short video guide on any CAICHAT feature of your choice. For example: how to start your first chat, how to create your own character, how to add lore or install a mod.
- Length — up to 3 minutes.
- Any format: screen recording with voice-over, subtitles, animation — the way you would make it for our users.
- Signing up at caichat.ai is free. Our help center will help you get to know the features.
- No 18+ content on screen.
- Upload the video to YouTube (unlisted), Google Drive or Dropbox and send us the link in the application below.
We look at how clearly the topic is explained, at the editing, sound and pacing, and at how you present the feature you chose.
