Payments and promo codes

All purchases are made on the Subscribe page. It has two tabs: Plans for subscriptions and Tokens for token packs.

💳 How to subscribe

1. Open the Subscribe page and the Plans tab.

2. Choose the term: 1 month, 3 months or a year. The longer the term, the bigger the discount.

3. If you have a promo code, click Promo code at the top of the page, enter the code and click Apply.

4. Click Subscribe on the plan you want.

5. Choose the currency and payment method, check the total and click Proceed to payment. The payment provider’s page opens.

6. After paying, you return to CAICHAT and the subscription turns on.

⚡ How to buy tokens

Open Subscribe → the Tokens tab and click the button with the price of the pack you want. The rest works as with a subscription. Packs with a “Bonus +N%” badge and the “Special offer” label are better value than standard ones: the card shows the usual number of tokens crossed out and the increased amount. The bonus part is also shown separately at checkout.

🌍 Payment methods

The list of methods depends on the selected currency: bank cards, local payment systems, cryptocurrency. If no methods are available for a currency, choose another one, for example USD.

• In the Telegram app, you can pay with Telegram Stars. Some other methods aren’t available inside Telegram.

Privacy

As stated on the payment page, a card payment shows up on your statement as “CAICHAT.AI”.

🏷️ Promo codes

A promo code is a code of 8 Latin letters and digits. It gives a bonus: extra tokens with a subscription or a percentage of bonus tokens when buying packs. After you apply a code, the bonus appears on the plan and token pack cards, and at checkout — in the total.

• You can enter a promo code on the Subscribe page (the Promo code button) or at checkout, in the Referral Code field.
• Promo codes are shared by creators and CAICHAT partners: this is how the referral program works. By applying a code, you become a referral of the person who gave it.
• You can’t apply your own code. You can change an applied code no more than once every 90 days.

🔁 Auto-renewal and canceling

A subscription renews automatically at the end of the paid period so that your access isn’t interrupted. The renewal date and amount are shown when you subscribe.

How to turn off auto-renewal:

1. Open the Subscribe page. Under the plan comparison table you’ll see your current plan and the date it is valid until.

2. Click Cancel subscription and confirm with Turn off.

3. The subscription keeps working until the end of the paid period. After that date there are no charges, and your account moves to the free plan.

Changed your mind? The same page shows a Resume auto-renewal button.

🧾 Payment history

All payments and their statuses — Completed, Pending, Processing, Failed, Cancelled, Refunded — are shown in your profile in the Purchase History section. You can export the history to CSV.

I was charged, but the subscription or tokens didn’t arrive

Wait a few minutes and refresh the page: some payment systems confirm payments with a delay. Check the payment status in Purchase History. If the status is “Completed” but there is no subscription, or the payment is stuck as pending, write to support and include the order ID.

The payment window doesn’t open

Most likely your browser blocked the pop-up. Allow pop-ups for caichat.ai and try again.

How do I get a refund?

Refund terms are described in the Refund Policy. To request one, write to [email protected] and include the order ID from Purchase History.

Can I switch to another plan in the middle of a period?

Yes. An upgrade starts right after you pay the difference for the remaining time; a downgrade — after the current period ends. See Plans.

The promo code won’t apply

Check that the code is exactly 8 Latin letters and digits, with no spaces. The code may be inactive if the creator has ended the campaign. If you have already applied another code, you can apply a new one only after 90 days.
