To help us answer faster and without follow-up questions, include:

your username or account email. Write from the email your account is linked to;
what happened and what you expected;
when it happened — the date and approximate time;
where: a link to the character or the chat’s title;
a screenshot and the exact error text, if there was one;
for payment questions — the order ID from Profile → Purchase History.
